What we do
Architecture, pipelines and the report your board actually reads — built by the two people who explain them to you.
Tobolist is a data engineering and business intelligence consultancy based in Murcia, Spain. We design the platform, build the processes that feed it, and surface the numbers your team has to defend in a meeting.
Senior profiles only. Whoever scopes your project is who builds it — there is no pyramid and no handover to someone junior after kick-off. We are certified on Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure and we work on AWS, which means the architecture we recommend depends on what you already have, what your team knows and what you are already paying for.
Services
Three profiles. One team.
Most data problems need more than one of these. Having all three in the same two people is the reason the architecture, the pipeline and the dashboard actually agree with each other.
Data architecture
Which platform you actually need — and which one you are being sold. We start from the decisions the platform has to support, not from the product. Half the time that changes the shortlist.

The processes that feed the platform — in production, tested, and with an owner. Batch or streaming depending on the problem, not on the trend. If you don’t need Kafka, we will say so.
See the service → 03Business intelligence
The report someone has to defend in a committee. Few KPIs, properly defined, and a number nobody disputes — because the definition is written down and the pipeline behind it is documented.

How we work
Three ways to bring us in.
Fixed-scope project
A defined outcome with a start and an end: an architecture assessment, a pipeline in production, a reporting layer rebuilt. You get a scope, a price and a date.
Team reinforcement
Your roadmap, your tools, our hands. A senior profile embedded in your team for a defined number of days per month, reporting to whoever already leads the work.
Advisory & enablement
You have the team but not the criteria. We review the architecture, sit in the decisions that matter and train the people who will maintain it after we leave.
- Cloud-agnostic by conviction. The right architecture depends on what you already have, not on which vendor we would rather sell.
- We start from the decision, not the tool. Before choosing between Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery or Fabric, we ask what decisions the platform has to support.
- We will tell you when you don’t need us. Some problems are a two-week fix by your own team. Saying so costs us a project and earns the next three.
Who you’ll be working with
Two people who arrived at data from opposite directions.
Enrique Delgado Aznar
Data Architect & Data Engineer
Came from physics. Years of modelling systems and cleaning experimental data teach something no course does: a result is worth exactly what the pipeline behind it is worth. Designs platforms on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, and is the person you call when the numbers stop arriving at 06:00.

Business Intelligence & Data Engineering
Came from business management and still works inside a data centre building the reporting that management actually reads. Knows what a dashboard is worth when someone has to defend a figure in a committee — and how fast that trust disappears when the figure is wrong.

Tell us what isn’t working.
Thirty minutes, no slides. Bring the problem as it actually is — the spreadsheet everyone patches by hand, the pipeline that fails at six in the morning, the report nobody trusts. We will tell you what we would do, roughly what it costs, and whether you need us at all.
